What We Do
Youth Development
Work run by and for young people in Burgersdorp. Our Youth Development Committee and the Youth and Women’s Empowerment Committee back young residents directly: sponsoring kit and equipment for promising sportspeople, putting young people to work at agency events so they earn and learn on the job, and organising the cultural events that bring the town together. Requests for support come from residents and are taken up by the committee.
